Option 1: Pay on delivery. Customers can check the goods at home and pay in cash to the delivery staff.

Option 2: Pre-payment by bank transfer. Customers transfer the payment in advance, and we will proceed with the delivery according to the agreement or contract with the customer.

The bank transfer must include the customer's full name and the name of the purchased product. After the transfer, we will contact the customer to confirm and proceed with the delivery. If we do not deliver or respond after the agreed time, the customer can file a complaint directly to the transaction address and request compensation if the delay has affected their business.
