1. Conditions for exchange and return
Customers should check the condition of the goods and can exchange or return them immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The goods are not the type, model as ordered or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
- Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.
- The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling off, broken...
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents proving the defects to complete the process of returning/exchanging goods.
2. Regulations on notification time and sending products for exchange or return
- Notification time for exchange or return: within 24 hours from the receipt of the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or broken items.
- Time to send products for exchange or return: within 48 hours from the receipt of the product.
- Place to exchange or return the product: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office or send them via postal service.
