1. Policy application

The delivery policy applies to all customers who purchase products at Blairsom.com.vn.

2. Delivery time

For orders within Hanoi city: delivery and shipping will be made within 4 hours or as requested by the customer. (This policy applies for orders placed between 8 am - 5 pm. For orders placed after 5 pm, Blairsom will deliver the next day or as requested by the customer)

The Shipping Department will contact the customer in advance to arrange a specific time and location for the delivery.

3. Responsibility for shipped goods

Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the goods immediately upon receipt from the delivery person. If there are any issues related to the type, model, quality, quantity of goods not as stated in the order, customers are kindly requested to report to us for coordination and handling. If there are no issues, customers are kindly requested to receive the goods and sign the delivery note.

After customers have signed the delivery note without any comments or objections regarding the goods, the company will not be responsible for any requests for exchanges or returns due to damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, incorrect goods, etc. from customers later.

Customers receive the goods, sign the delivery note, and pay in full or partially (if a deposit has been made) for the purchased goods (including the value of the goods and shipping fees if any). After customers have signed the delivery note without any comments or objections regarding the goods, the company will not be responsible for any requests for exchanges or returns due to damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, incorrect goods, etc. from customers later.
